Adds sceneByURL by piggybacking off of queryFragment, will have to test to validate

Can add separate method however not the original coder so best I could do for now.
Did test it with the supplied url and others and seems to work as intented.

Not sure if that is related and unable to replicate that one.
With Cloudflare changing up things a lot wouldn't surprise me if it's Flaresolverr related which has various forks and are hit and miss (unresolveable captcha / Webkit errors).
Only thing that works for me right now is Proton Secure Core (dual hop VPN) combined with Flaresolverr MCG-POK fork.
