the flash emulator on starg3n is the open source program Ruffle's demo page. Ruffle uses flash files, which are in the .swf format. these types files can be found on the Internet Archive, or by googling for them.
Note
Internet Archive is blocked in a lot of places due to the broad range of content hosted on it. You may have to find a diffrent source for flash roms.
