Some forks seem to missing patches compared to 2024.1. For example, Bifrost is missing https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/bifrost/+/945324.

Do we need to review all the repositories for missing patches first?

Yes, I'll check all the new 2025.1 branches against the 2024.1 branches for missing commits
