v0.2.0-alpha contains all analyses reported in the manuscript to be submitted for publication. Major changes include:

• Organizing notebooks to specific folders
• Adding documentation and step-by-step comments for different sections
• Documenting a workflow to perform the analysis end-to-end

Future improvements include:

• Consolidating all functions to a single package in a single language
• Write up a more in-depth wiki for step-by-step analyses.
