Mirrors squint dynvar-removal bullet 2. async-ness now rides env; also drops a duplicate cc/*cljs-ns* binding.
resolve-macro-ns now takes target explicitly; entry seeds :target :cherry in the base emit env instead of binding cc/*target*.
…let 10) Reads the current ns from ns-state via cc/current-ns; compile-internal seeds :current from (:ns opts).
