Change parseColumnDefinition to use parseDataTypeReference instead of parseDataType, allowing it to correctly return UserDataTypeReference for user-defined types instead of always returning SqlDataTypeReference. This enables the BaselinesCommon_AlterProcedureStatementTests test.
