What did you accomplish?
In the scenario where the user has the app already installed, and some flags using segments cached, the specified approach would introduce a bug for uncounted flags (since the SDK increments the counter the first time the flags arrives, before saving it locally). To solve this, we are introducing a new mechanism for re-parse the stored flags in both storages (FF & FBS)
