Hi SPDX Legal Team!

My name is Steve Jacobs, CEO, IDEAL Group, Inc.

I am submitting the AI Open Home License (AI-OHL) for consideration for inclusion in the SPDX License List.

The AI-OHL is a proprietary, non-commercial license intended for individuals and homeschooling households. Its purpose is to provide access to responsible AI-powered tools for personal and educational use outside formal institutions. The tool is specifically designed for students with cognitive disabilities.

I’m happy to provide additional background, clarify the scope, or make adjustments to the XML if needed.

Thank you for being so considerate, and I look forward to your feedback.

Sincerely,

Steve
