Thanks to Warpzoned telling me to make this. I just hope I did it correctly.

Proposal for NPC traders to add more variety to cargo gameplay.

i feel like another idea would be some sort of "syndicate trading beacon" that "emits a secret signal signaling to the synicate that you are a syndicate agent and want access to the syndicate trading station"
this would both 1. spawn the syndicate trade station and 2. allow syndicate to dock on it
alternatively allow the syndicate trade station to "fake" it's appearance.
it would be a little suspect if the cargo shuttle is just docked in the middle of space. but next to a random asteroid or wreck. thats just salvage mining a asteroid.

mabey the beacon could also be a cargo/salvage exclusive syndicate purchase. since other departments wont really have ways to get shuttles without arising shuttle fulls of suspiscion
