Description
simple convertor from Trait Dictionary file to OBO.
The generated traits, variables, scales, and methods need to be curated manually before incorporated into the master obo file.
It is up to the curator to assign appropriate IDs for the terms in the TD file and re-use existing terms whenever possible.
