Remove Sentry

Note that after this PR:

1. [Sentry] part of the config would not be parsed and hence the configs need to be updated by removing this entry.
2. We are no longer able to ReportPanics without a default logger. (Sentry provides a default global instance sentry.CurrentHub() whereas zap does not).
