Grids

Note: This is a specification for the project and not a documentation page. This spec may change as we go along and will eventually give way to a documentation page.

There are three components of interest in grids: the vertices, the edges, and the cells. Representing this for Cartesian grids is straightforward but not so for triangular and hexagonal grids.

We need a facility to draw grids on the screen.
