Closes #23

What

  • Update README title to “java.util.json – Official JSON API Backport for Java 21” and rewrite intro with OpenJDK links.
  • Enrich module POM / fields for Core, Schema Validator, Compatibility Suite, and API Tracker.
  • Parent POM description refined for discoverability.

Notes

  • No behavior changes; build remains unchanged.
