This pull request updates the certifi Python package to a newer version across all supported Python environments. This ensures that the application uses the latest certificate authority bundle, which is important for maintaining secure HTTPS connections.

Dependency updates:

  • Updated certifi to version 2026.1.4 in resources/python/requirements/3.7/requirements.txt
  • Updated certifi to version 2026.1.4 in resources/python/requirements/3.9/requirements.txt
  • Updated certifi to version 2026.1.4 in resources/python/requirements/3.10/requirements.txt
  • Updated certifi to version 2026.1.4 in resources/python/requirements/3.11/requirements.txt
