I added slice_with_frame to let the user to define the basis to return one slice.
I added my way of defining the basis in slice_path2 for your reference. I added a threshold option to deal with instability created when two nearby tangent vectors has super a small angle. I wasn't able to test this function because it's slicing through the whole image stack and took forever for me to run.
