Restructures the Studios getting-started tutorial for Platform Cloud and Platform Enterprise to remove duplication, correct outdated compute environment requirements, and route readers to the follow-on Studios pages.

Changes

• Consolidated duplicated setup: compute environment creation, the Data Explorer bucket procedure, and the session-sharing instructions were repeated once per IDE example (Jupyter, R-IDE, Xpra, VS Code).
