Add the user-facing "Connect to a Studio via SSH (public preview)" section to the Cloud Studios managing page, and the matching troubleshooting entries to the Cloud Studios troubleshooting page. Enterprise-only material (deployment configuration, TOWER_/CONNECT_ environment variables, proxy/network setup, admin debug logging) is intentionally excluded.
