Sunset legacy libraries #7498

Proposed changes

the proposed changes are part of the plan of sunsetting legacy libraries (analytics-ios/android, .net and xamarin). the changes are as following:

remove all the entries and references to the pages of legacy libs
lower the rank of the pages of the legacy libs so they will be listed at the bottom of search results
update react-native source page with the most recent changes
update csharp source page and migration guide with the most recent changes
update labels of legacy libs to community
add EoS announcement to all pages of legacy libs

Merge timing

ASAP once approved
