Currently
+PlatformoverwritesPlatform.startupFilesto hand it toInitializationProvider, but the latter only decides on startup files if LSPConnection is enabled when the init message is received. As a result, when not using LSP, sclang has startupFiles = nil and ignores the default "startup.scd".
