New macOS on Apple Silicon overview page
Description
Under Web Apps, this is a new overview page as a resource for teams looking to test Browsers on macOS 14/15 and may have questions about the requirements and how to access/test with them.
Motivation and Context
Customers without ARM CCY can be confused why they aren't able to access these versions (as they require a separate plan/subscription)
