Choose the wanted parameters in the configuration file that is stored in the folder of the desired scenario and run the wanted algorithm.

The data should be in the format: ID,GL-String,kir-BW4;kir-BW4

kir-BW4;kir-BW4 - in format of 0 or 1. Should be for scenario 1 (for 2 and 3 it does not have to appear but does not interfere).
