Docs: clarified steps to bypass basic authentication

Clarifies documentation on the basic authentication credentials needed to open a new development server. This is based on my experience trying to spin up the code base on my machine and the steps I needed to find that authentication credential.

Also adds clickable links to the two test URLs since modern browsers tend to automatically Google hyku.test when you type it in. Saves you from having to type http://
