It's implicit in the files being in the test directory and long filenames cause problems on windows
easier to maintain and uncovered a few broken tests!

#5548 is failing on Windows because filenames in integration-tests are too long. This PR shortens them. See the list of commits for specific patterns changed.
This PR also changes tests from using hard-coded URL/component names to deriving them from the filename, so that the tests are easier to maintain.
