Apply a local token-driven design system and three progressive effects across all six web pages. Harden responsive SVG labels and visual accent validation, refresh bilingual screenshots, and record browser/build verification.
Align the English and Chinese verification summaries, date the v0.2.0 changelog entry, and record the release acceptance and publication boundaries.
