modified DbInitialized and Program.cs so that Program.cs creates db for Unit and UnitConversion.
raw data stored in unit_and_ingr
add package LumenWorksCsvReader to read .csv files
change UnitConversion datatype for Ration from int to double
change Unit requirement for Symbol from [Required] to not [Required]

i fixed the documentation in this branch, unfortunately
