Most of the suggestions from `cargo fix --edition` are accepted. - Effectfull destructors are almost exclusively from `ThinVec` and diagnostics handler. - We are not matching the new fragments covered by `expr` so instead of `expr_2021` we shall continue to use `expr` from Edition 2024.
