Added get block verbose which returns the transaction details excluding prevouts and should satisfy the line
//TODO(stevenroose) add getblock_txsThis has been tested and is being used in production actively.
For context this is very useful to get the information about the TXs in a block and calculate their fee rates.
Note: Linter hit a few lines and trimmed them to be under 100 which is inline with the rust style guide.
