This PR keeps editor migration within each tool-specific
migrate-to-rstack-cliflow.It updates the Prettier, Rslint, and Rstest references to recommend the unified Rstack extension, migrate relevant VS Code settings, and preserve tool-specific behavior such as
source.fixAll.rslint.
