Based on discussion in #891, there is no publicly available source for this built-ins list. Removing the functionality for now - ISBL can still be lexed but it will not recognize built-ins.
If externally-maintained documentation becomes available, we can restore this functionality in the future by creating a Rake task similar to gherkin, viml, etc.
