Maybe grey out the columns to nudge towards Ubuntu?

We'll probably be better off changing the icons too.

The X is definitely not clear by default.

That's not a clear differentiation. I think that we want to capture the tiers with something that measures tiers.

Maybe 🥇 🥈 🥉 ? And also 📦 packaged binaries vs something to indicate source only.

We'd probably save the icon changes for another PR.

I think that my point is that I don't think that the background colors are clear for meaning. I'd rather see us use potentially a collection of emoji to show what's available. We can add emoji to the headers if we want general flags for the s latter point in REP-2000 ascolumn.

This draft looks like a formatting error rather than information communication. If we want to have distinctions we can add spanning headers across Ubuntu or Tier levels.

| Support Level     ||     Tier 1                    || Tier 2 ||      Tier 3         ||
| Version           ||  Ubuntu N | Ubuntu J          || Foo    || Bar OS   | Baz OS   ||
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Jazzy             || X          |  G  P             ||  X     || %  P     |      %   ||

Where X G P % are all placeholder for emoji in the ascii rendering.
