The v1-only revert deleted the informer, metrics, resetter and tcp generated packages; the clean target still named them.

The v1-only revert deleted the informer, metrics, resetter and tcp generated packages, but the Makefile clean target still names them. Harmless at runtime, just keeps the target in sync with the generated surface.
