Enhanced updateContentCommand.sh: Added npm package installation with error handling to match onCreateCommand.sh behavior.

Extended Container Tests: Added Test 13 to verify the pre-created virtual environment works correctly.

Improved Dockerfile Documentation: Added clarifying comments about the virtual environment setup to avoid PEP 668 issues.
