chore/add wallet_checkout solana support

This PR adds support for the Solana chain in the wallet_checkout RPC:

• It enables both contractInteraction and direct payment options for Solana.
• During the prepareFeasiblePayment phase, it simulates transactions and includes them in the payment options list only if the simulation is successful.
