Needed in relaycorp/veraid-js#43

  • Consider date period(s) of DS record(s).
  • dnsseclookUp: Output intersection with datePeriod.

I think this was a waste of time as it's not strictly needed in relaycorp/veraid-js#43, but I'm keeping this PR around just in case.
