Added media query for mobile navigation sidebar optimization.

Fixes #1784

This PR resolves a mobile layout bug where the responsive navigation sidebar menu items and layout placeholders clashed on screens below 480px. The updated style sheet handles viewport safety boundaries dynamically.

Changes Made

• Added global utility style checks under the @media screen and (max-width: 1024px) breakpoint to clean up .theme-doc-navbar-placeholder layout heights.
• Enforced relative position spacing rules under @media screen and (max-width: 480px) for .navbar-sidebar .menu__list-item to fix content overlap errors.
• Cleaned up modular layer collisions by standardizing global utility selectors.

• None. No new tools or version shifts are required for this deployment.

Hi @sanjay-kv and @Adez017,

I have successfully pushed the layout fixes directly to this branch (Commit: 46ec816). The code resolves the navbar placeholder height calculation issues and cleans up the mobile menu positioning boundaries.

The lint checks have passed successfully! However, the Vercel preview deployment is currently waiting for maintainer authorization.

Could you please click "Approve and run" on the Vercel check so the final layout can compile and render for review?
