added interactive mode to allow manual stepping through the output

• added new flag -i , short for "interactive"
  • pause between the major functions and wait for a key press to continue
  • in some scenarios, it is not necessary to pipe the report to a file, and instead it would be useful to step through the output one function at a time. I added breaks to do this. There is room for more to be added if you want to digest the thorough checks slowly as well.
