Dependencies

add nodemon
add ts-node

Script

use nodemon to monitor file changes
use ts-node to run typescript files directly instead of using tsc to transform them into js files

Changes

the backend entry now is src/server/index.ts but not dist/server/index.js


          server side hot reload
