fix: support counters in structured lists

Summary

• preserve Ionic input and textarea counters inside structured lists
• remove the item border when counter content supplies the bottom border
• add input counter and textarea counterFormatter demo coverage

Verification

• npm run build
• demo: npm test -- --watch=false (31 files, 35 tests passed)
