Ventoy not working

Run the installer in "Grub 2 Mode" not normal mode, or flash it directly to a USB drive for the best compatibility

Module not found during install

This is a harmless error and does not affect the install in any way. If you want modules to be included in your initrd run this command after install
cd /boot && sudo mkinitramfs $(uname -r) && sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Gnome Store/Discover Empty

You need to add the flathub repo, run this command
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
Then logout and log back in and it should work

Library not found (Could not find _____.so)

File an issue immediately, it will be fixed quickly
