Announces that the Quarto blog has moved to the Posit Open Source website. The post covers what is moving (only the blog —
quarto.orgdocs/guide/reference stay put), the retired email subscription list, and the RSS feed change for readers using a feed reader.Also adds a small callout at the top of the blog listing page so visitors landing on
