@lucaspatel @antgonza ， Lucas please also confirm that the changes are the same with the test branch you have tested. Antonio, one thing left is the minimap2 db sam header problem. But I think this should not affect rc deployment.

I think the scripts are missing:

1. Move the final per-sample fna.gz to the results folder
2. gz all final fna
   right? Anything else?

I think this is not clear to me. Where should I store the results folder? Is that easy for you do it after merging this, e.g. at the end of step 2, step 6 and step 7.--Jianshu
