I've built HiiT Clock using Polymer, Firebase and Redux to be an offline-first PWA. It scores in the mid 70s right now on Lighthouse. Hopefully I can get that score higher with a few tweaks.
HiiT Clock has a fun Chromecast integration as well as smart syncing to Firebase when it comes online and search-as-you-type functionality from Algolia.
