RxDroppedFrameCount was populated using the transmit-side
sceInetNDCC_GET_TX_ERRORS control command.

Use sceInetNDCC_GET_RX_ERRORS instead so the receive-side field
reports the corresponding RX counter.

Testing:

  • Codacy static analysis passed.
  • CI build checks are awaiting maintainer approval.
