if we simply delete ThemeProvider and BaseStyles,

things that break:

• ThemeProviderProps, BaseStylesProps are not exported (need to be exported from styled-react)
• ConfirmationDialog
• tests.tsx that have ThemeProvider wrapper
• stories.tsx that have ThemeProvider wrapper
• IssueLabelToken, IssueLabel
• deprecated/ActionList

potential tasks:

1. export theme props from styled-react (right now we re-export)
2. stop exporting ThemeProvider (and BaseStyles?) → v38
3. give components that depend on colorMode the theme from somewhere else (ConfirmationDialog, IssueLabelToken, IssueLabel, BaseStyles)
4. cleanup stories, tests, deprecated components (like ActionList)
5. delete ThemeProvider (+ BaseStyles? we might want to keep BaseStyles, also for storybook)
