I'm a little confused about this statement - I think overall, for every contribution, we are responsible for introducing changes.
Do you think it needs a separate mention under AI?

I want to avoid conversation like "I don't know what is going on as AI wrote it". All of these items are just reminders that someone checks their own code.
I think you need write access to add labels |
Description
This adds the PR template you see being used right now. This is designed to help the review process.
We add it now as the AI wave of PR introduces a need for improved communication between committer and reviewer.
How Has This Been Tested?
I can't really test this template IIRC.
