This is a work in progress to solve #90 . Since a lot of the foundational work is done in DataScan, this should be much easier.

Some remaining things I have to do:

Add more comprehensive tests, ideally parametric ones
Add a repr to the meta summary object
Add documentation
Add a GT interface to the report only
Add a GT interface for the whole of proc compare, which can be built on
