Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

right now it seems that windows e2e tests workflow uses old version of images, pde2e-runner:0.0.1, mapt: 0.6.8, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the images used in workflow in order to get up-to-date changes in the workflow.

Referenced updates can be found on other repo: https://github.com/redhat-developer/podman-desktop-redhat-account-ext/blob/main/.github/workflows/sso-e2e-nightly-windows.yaml

Describe alternatives you've considered
