Update the windows workflow with e2e tests to be using latest images

right now it seems that windows e2e tests workflow uses old version of images, pde2e-runner:0.0.1, mapt: 0.6.8, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the images used in workflow in order to get up-to-date changes in the workflow.
