Tested by clang-trunk(21.0.0) with
VLEN=128/256. Do not use gcc-14 since it is buggy.2 tests in
numpy/_core/tests/test_umath.pywill fail but this is not caused by this patch. Product with-march=rv64gcv, VLEN=256from upstream main also fails.
