This PR makes the dashboard treat "Form: Submission" as a special goal. When clicked in behaviors breakdown, it automatically opens the property breakdown.
Other changes done by the way:
addSitefixture (we don't need to wait for verification to kick in - we just need to know that the site is set up)addGoalfixture using a dedicated e2e endpoint for better reliability and speedTests
