gcc (bootstrap)

mkdir gcc/build-bootstrap
cd gcc/build-bootstrap
../configure --prefix="$HOME"/.local --target=i386-pc-run386 --with-newlib --without-headers --disable-nls --disable-tls
make all-gcc
make install-gcc

newlib

mkdir newlib/build
cd newlib/build
../configure --prefix="$HOME"/.local --target=i386-pc-run386
make
make install

gcc, g++

mkdir gcc/build
cd gcc/build
../configure --prefix="$HOME"/.local --target=i386-pc-run386 --with-newlib --disable-nls --disable-tls --enable-languages=c,c++
